Many of us may of been victims of fraud,but however we might of not known this! An example of this is ....a salesman selling a product to us may lie about his name,eye colour,place of birth and family,but as long as he remains truthful about the producthe sells,he will not be found GUILTY of fraud...In order for this salesman to get caught,there must be a deliberate misrepresentation of the products condition and actual monetary damages must occur..Fraud is a crime,and also a civil law violation,it is very dangerous...
There are many types of fraudulent acts,one of these many types of fraudulent acts is false advertising,which is cheating people or deceiving people that they either have a special talent or can heal you of something so they then can get your money,an example of this is a few weeks ago I recieved a pamphlet through my door,which pretty much stated that this individual had special blessings from some god and they could help you with famiy matters and everything else and all your dreams will come true,you could tell that this is false but for me there are people out there who are very desperate for help so they will turn to this decietful help,when they turn to this false help and pay the person,they have not only been conned for their money but also lies and information that is untrue has been told to you..
A similar story to my own,is a man named Ashok Jadeja who in 2009 has been accused of cheating people from across India of crores of rupees on the pretext of having divine blessings,basically he conned many individuals for their money telling them that he had special blessings and he can help people.
Personally this is a dangeorous and bad practice,because it affects people.
